NDIS specialist behavioural support

what we do

Experts in Complex cases

Our unique, person-centered approach is characterized by building strong, friendly rapport with our participants, and sharing real-world activities that foster connection. Specialising in complex cases with multiple diagnoses, we prioritise listening and taking our direction primarily from the participant, ensuring that their voice is heard first and their preferences are respected. We always include their support network – family, friends, support team (and sometimes pets!) – in their journey. Ultimately we ensure the participant’s needs lead the way.

What our participants say

Justin has been working with our disability support team for several years and he has made such a great difference to the lives of our residents. He has been able to reduce some really difficult challenging behaviour which was really making it hard to work with these clients. We also felt that Justin focussed on improving quality of life for our participants. He really cared about their wellbeing.

AJ Team Leader

We had tried (and failed) to connect with multiple psychologists before coming to work with Justin. His approach was so personal and refreshing, we instantly connected with him and we found that his way of operating really suited my brother. He had been closed up for so long but after a few months of intervention, was really starting to flourish. I would not hesitate to recommend Justin to anyone seeking support in the NDIS.

KC Sister / Guardian

My son has a complex combination of disabilities and mental health issues. We were very concerned when he became involved with the wrong people and ended up falling afoul of the law. We found Justin's support invaluable as he was able to help us navigate the complex criminal justice system and prepare the written documents that were required to support my son through his hearing. He even came with us to the court and provided in-person assistance which we found very comforting under the circumstances. Thanks again for your support!
